Stoner

Zero Stick Paintable Mold Release, Stoner E342 is a unique, extreamely versatile release agent which is generally acceptable for applications where a food grade release is required. Zero Stick allows molded parts to be painted, plated, hotstamped, adhesive bonded, labelled, or otherwise decorated in most applicalabelled, or otherwise decorated in most applications. Zero Stick provides a long lasting anti-stick film for fast, easy part removal from molds and multiple part releases per application. Improves molding efficiency in many processes including injection, vacuum form, and pour cast molding. Economical - a light coating produces best results.

Urethane Mold Release, Stoner S236 is specially fomulated as a top quality release agent and anti-stick lubricant for molded urethanes and simular materials. Provides fast, easy part removal from molds and mulitple part rele=ases per application. Improves moldinfg efficiency in many processes including injection, pour cast, and extrusion molding. Economical - light coating produces best results.

Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC). Same stuff as Creepy Crawlers or artificial fish bait. Also known as hot pour. Melt in a double-boiler and pour into heat resistant mold. Metal or silicone molds work great.

Polyurethane Resin
Odorless Casting Resin or Plastic Casting Resin. Not completely odorless but is called that anyway. Mix two equal parts of Part A and Part B and compound will form a solid plastic in a few minutes. Great for artists who want to reproduce their own "Resin Kits." Works great in a silicone mold. Color is sort of a amberish, translucent white. Can be painted, but don't use a silicone mold release.

General Purpose Silicone Mold Kits
Comes with Rhodorsil Silicone compound and catalyst. Thixotropic additive makes the compound thick so that it can be formed over a vertical surface. Working time about 45 mins. Cures overnight.
